Here's a nice tree in the living room. Lights and Precious Moments ornaments I've collected over the years. It's right inside our front door.
Melody, our 3 1/2 year old granddaughter made the two gingerbread men ornaments for papa and grandma, the foamy type cutouts. Our first and oh so special. Then there's the ornament Christmas card of Melody and her brother, Owen. Love it!
I put some photo cards I got in the mail from friends, on the tree. A different thing to do. Another blogger friend put Christmas cards on hers. So I decided to put photos on mine.
This ceramic tree and children has been around awhile. I bought it at Ben Franklin craft store. Remember them? I painted the tree and Megan painted the little children. They look like they've had too much hot chocolate. There is a light under the tree and when it's turned on, the red "lights" are on and we enjoy it. My daughter in love calls them the children of the corn!
Phil and I outside the care home where my mom lives, Oct. 8, our 34th wedding anniversary. Lovely little garden area. Photo below is my mom, Francis, with Santa,Dec. 13. I went to the Christmas dinner they have every year for the residents and they families. This is the 4th year we've shared this meal together!
Celebrate Jesus' birth this CHRISTmas!
Merry Christmas from our house to yours!
