A few weeks ago I was close to Willamette Falls in Oregon City. I saw the spray from the falls as I was driving through town. So I decided to check it out as I was driving home.
A sea gull comes to see what's going as well. This same area was used by the Indians to fish before Oregon was here. It's also the site of the first paper mill in Oregon.
