Anniversary Celebration

I was privileged to photograph Dick and Connie's 50th anniversary celebration. They are dear friends in our church and enjoyed Bible studies at their home on Sunday evenings in the past few years. Here are highlights of their day.
" No more posing for this photographer! I'm outta here!"

Many hands of grandchildren to make some joyful music for grandma Connie!

My Three Sons!
Dick said they always line up like this!

The 3 sons sharing memories with the audience.

Yellow roses for the occasion.

Dick and Connie cutting their anniversary cake.

A lamp with a story! Notice the crack!
I don't remember what it was but it was a memory for them!

It's time for a nap! The end of a long day. Actually she wasn't feeling on top of the game today and she just needed some time to rest. That's how I felt after the celebration! But it was a fun day to celebrate a marriage of a couple who have weathered the travels and deployments when Dick was in the US Navy. It's a testament to us that married life can last through the good, the bad and life in general! Amazing and wonderful, Dick and Connie. God Bless You!

What wonderful anniversary photos of your friends' anniversary.

Becky, it has been so long since I've been by! I just started another blog list on my sidebar, so that hopefully it will help me better to keep up with blog friends!
Hope all is well with you!

Blessings & Aloha!
