Mountain View

My husband and I took a few days off and headed to Hood River. We had a good time together, enjoying the sights, museum, eating good food and sleeping in. Saturday we were headed to Parkdale to our favorite eating spot. In front of us was Mt. Hood in all her glory. {click on photo and it will enlarge. This photo was taken on my cell phone; husband was driving.} Some clouds obscured it later.  We laughed at the reasons for the cloud blanket. Moses and God on the mountain or somebody that's faithful is there, or faith as a mustard seed you can move a mountain.  Sigh!  We enjoyed the beauty of God's creation that we enjoy seeing! Amazing time of year to be out and about!
Have a blessed week, my friends!!

"Praise the Lord from the earth,
You great sea creatures and all the depths;
Fire and hail, snow and clouds;
Stormy wind, fulfilling His word;
Mountains and all the hills;
Fruitful trees and all cedars;
Kings of the earth and all peoples;
Princes and all judges of the earth;
Both young men and maidens;
Old men and children.
Let them praise the the name of the Lord,
For His name alone is exalted;
His glory is above the earth and heaven."
Psalm 148:7-9,11-13 (NKJV)

Beautiful picture of Mt. Hood. We've never driven that particular road. Maybe we'll need to go there someday.

What a magnificent picture! We don't have mountains like that in Pennsylvania.
